When does Puberty end?
In general, the period between the ages of 12 and 21 is considered puberty. The common misconception accepted by many is that puberty ends at the age of 18. That is why it is never right for children who have reached the age of 18 to take an approach that has to do everything right in the best way. Because the puberty process is still ongoing, it will be in the benefit of the families to be always understanding and helpful and to try to understand them. However, it is important to know that the beginning and ending times of puberty also determine the climate and conditions. Recent research suggests that puberty suffers in about 25 years of age.
British psychologists say that as a result of their research, adults do not start at age 18 and continue until age 25. And according to the researches done, three different periods related to the end of the puberty period were determined. According to this, puberty between 10-14 years of age are defined as early puberty, between 15-17 middle puberty and 18 years and over as late puberty.
Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the attitudes and behaviors of the mothers and fathers according to the assumption that the puberty age is extended and continues until the age of 25 years. The ending period of puberty varies completely according to personal characteristics, nutritional style, and cultural background. Of course, it is the most important criterion that indicates that the process is ending in the physical and mental condition.
